    The Membership

What do I get each week?

This Week's Content arrives in your member area every Monday morning (US Eastern time): luxury real estate posts, Stories and Reels, each with a caption written for agents. It sits alongside the full Templates library and Writing Tools for captions and hashtags, so you can customize, download or schedule anything you like.

    How much does it cost?

The membership is $49 a month. Every new membership starts with a 14-day free trial. There are no contracts, and you can cancel anytime from your account.

How does the free trial work?

Your first 14 days are free and you get full access straight away. A card is required to start. When the trial ends, your membership continues at $49 a month unless you cancel before then.

Can I use The Estate Edit without connecting Instagram?

Yes. Connecting Instagram and Facebook is optional. Without it you can still browse Templates and This Week's Content, customize templates and download them to post yourself. Connecting is what lets us publish for you.

    Done-for-You Posting

    Do you post for me?

Yes. Once you've connected your Instagram and Facebook Page, we add up to four pieces from each release of This Week's Content to the List view in Schedule (feed posts, a Story and a Reel), with captions personalized to your brand profile. They publish to your accounts at their scheduled times.

You can also schedule anything from Templates, This Week's Content or My Uploads yourself.

    Do I approve everything?

You always get the chance to. Every automated post lands in the List view in Schedule first, with a 48-hour review window. You can approve it, edit the caption, or remove it so it never posts.

If you don't act within 48 hours, the post is confirmed automatically and goes out at its scheduled time. That way your feed keeps moving in a busy week. Posts you schedule yourself go out at the time you pick.

    When do posts go out?

Posts you schedule yourself publish at the date and time you choose. Automated posts are spread across the week, and each one is scheduled at least 48 hours after it reaches the List view in Schedule, so you always get the full review window. Every post in the List view in Schedule shows its scheduled day and time.

    Can I edit captions?

Yes. In Schedule, choose List, open any post and use the pencil to edit its caption before it goes out. When you schedule something yourself, you write or paste the caption you want.

    How are captions personalized?

When you join, you fill in a short brand profile: your market, neighborhoods, specialty, and the personality and tone of your brand. The captions on your automated posts are rewritten from that profile, so they sound like you and mention your area rather than reading like a generic template.

    Instagram & Facebook

Which platforms do you publish to?

Instagram and Facebook Pages. Feed posts, Reels and Stories are supported. Facebook doesn't accept video Stories through our publishing, so a video Story goes to Instagram only.

How do I connect Instagram, and why must it be a Professional account?

Open Account, then Connected Accounts and click Connect with Meta. During the Meta login, select your Facebook Page and the Instagram account linked to it.

Meta only lets apps publish to Instagram Professional accounts (Business or Creator) that are linked to a Facebook Page you manage, so a personal Instagram account can't be connected. Each Instagram account and Facebook Page can be connected to one Estate Edit membership.

    What if my Instagram disconnects?

If posts stop going out, or you've changed your password or removed our access in Meta's settings, reconnect: in Account, open Connected Accounts and click Disconnect Meta accounts, then Connect with Meta and sign in again, choosing your Facebook Page and its linked Instagram account. If it still won't connect, email hello@estatedit.com and we'll help.

    Your Photos & Videos

Can I use my own photos and videos?

Yes. Upload them in Photos, under My Uploads and schedule them as posts, Reels or Stories. Photos can be JPG, PNG or WebP. Videos can be MP4 or MOV, 3 to 90 seconds long and under 50 MB; vertical 9:16 looks best as a Reel.

    Content & Compliance

    Is my brokerage name included?

Yes. Your name and brokerage, plus your license number if you add it to your profile, are added to every automated post. Several states, including Florida, California and New York, require the brokerage name on real estate advertising. Rules differ by state, so you remain responsible for your own state's requirements; check with your broker.

Do you check for fair housing?

Captions we write describe the property, the setting and the lifestyle, never the kind of person who should live there, and every post, including captions you write yourself, is checked for fair-housing wording before it publishes. Anything flagged is held so you can reword it.

    Is the imagery AI-generated?

The imagery in This Week's Content is AI-generated lifestyle and mood imagery. It is never presented as a specific property or listing. To market a real listing, use your own photos. Templates that need real listing details, like a price, bedroom count or address, are never posted automatically; they stay in This Week's Content for you to use with your own listing.

    Who owns the content?

The templates, captions, graphics and video we provide remain ours. While your membership is active you have a license to use them to market your own real estate business, and after it ends you may keep what you've already published. You can't resell or share them outside your team. Anything you submit yourself, such as your own photos or edits, stays yours. The full terms are in our Terms of Service.

    Billing, Account & Privacy

    How do I cancel?

Open Account, then Billing and choose Manage or Cancel Subscription. That opens our secure billing portal, where you can cancel, update your card or view invoices. You can also cancel by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

    Do you offer refunds?

Payments are final and non-refundable, including partial billing periods and unused time. If you believe a charge was made in error, email hello@estatedit.com within 14 days and we'll review it in good faith. See section 4 of our Terms of Service.

What do you do with my Instagram and Facebook data?

When you connect, we store only what we need to publish: an access token, and the ID and name of the Instagram account and Facebook Page you chose. We don't read your followers, comments, messages or insights, and we don't sell your data. Clicking Disconnect in Connected Accounts deletes the stored credentials for that platform immediately. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my data?

Follow the steps on our Data Deletion page, or email hello@estatedit.com.
